Robert has more than 26 years of professional experience working in and adjacent to private and public higher education institutions.  He has held functional, project management, and senior advisory roles in admissions and enrollment, student affairs and services, career services, development and alumni relations, athletics, and the president’s office at The George Washington University and the University of Delaware, where he managed high-profile initiatives and process improvements that brought about substantive change and enhanced the experiences of students, alumni, faculty and staff members, neighbors, and other stakeholders.  Additionally, Robert has led best practices research and served as an advisor to presidents, boards, and other senior leaders on institutional strategy, career services, student affairs, and advancement at EAB, where he also developed and co-led a professional development fellowship program.  Robert earned an Ed.D. in higher education administration from The George Washington University, where his dissertation research focused on how student leaders navigate power and influence with other institutional leaders to achieve their goals and objectives; an MBA and an M.Ed. in student affairs practice in higher education from the University of Delaware; a BBA in marketing and sociology, also from George Washington; and a certificate in diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace from the University of South Florida.
