Jennifer Backoff

Jennie Backoff has over 9 years of experience in higher education. Most recently, Jennie was a Manager in Deloitte’s higher education consulting practice where she led projects involving business process redesign, technology implementation, organizational change management, and strategic assessment to improve the student, faculty, and staff experience at a variety of universities. Jennie also spent over 5 years as an administrator at Northwestern University, where she managed a new graduate program’s student and academic affairs, admissions, marketing, assessment, budgeting, and faculty/staff onboarding. While Jennie enjoys life in Washington, DC, her roots are in the midwest where she earned an MS in Higher Education Administration and Policy from Northwestern University and a BS in Psychology with a business certificate from Indiana University.
